How do I place an order for delivery?
You can call us at any one of our branch offices, or you can use eTrac, our online ordering and tracking service. Getting set up is easy; all you need is a username and password to take advantage of this operating, reporting and managing tool. Best of all...it’s free!

How will I know my package has been delivered?
Through eTrac, you can monitor the progress of your shipment, all the way through to delivery. We can even set up automatic emailed confirmation for each delivery you order.

Where are your offices and what geographical area do you cover?
Our corporate office is in Union, New Jersey. Our operation centers are in Edison, NJ; Sharon Hill, PA; New York City, NY; and Ferndale, MI. We cover the entire New York – Philadelphia corridor from southern Connecticut to northern Maryland as well as the entire state of Michigan, northern Ohio and parts of Ontario, Canada.

What is Office Services Management?
Our Office Services Management (OSM) is an outsourcing division that provides full management and staffing of back-office operation. We are not a temp agency, but rather a management service that provides turn-key operations for departments such as mail centers, duplicating centers, reception, data input, porter services, etc.

If I use your OSM services, what happens to my people?
We interview all your current personnel and based on your recommendations and our interviews, we may hire them to continue at your location or may find employment for them at one of our other managed locations.

Will I lose control of my department?
Absolutely not! Our on-site supervisor reports to YOU! Our senior management will be following your policies and procedures, and will be making suggestions for improvements to YOU! We hold monthly customer meetings at which our on-site supervisor, A-1 senior management and YOU attend to discuss relevant subjects, personnel issues, and to create a forum for suggestions to improve our services, productivity and to reduce costs.

What does A-1 Logistics Solutions do?
A-1 Logistics Solutions warehouses and delivers critical parts for computer, electronics and telecom companies through national 3PL (Third Party Logistics) firms. We also provide fulfillment, kitting and cross-dock delivery services.

What type of equipment can I get through A-1’s Equipment Division?
Mail center equipment (mail processing, folders, inserters, etc.), duplicating equipment, fax, multi-function equipment, WITS (Walz Item Tracking System) software and hardware, and even mail center furniture!
